Management theory and practice is most important subject because it deals with establishing and achieving objectives. Our main means, not only for identifying, analyzing, and deciding goals to be accomplished, but also for assembling effectively the talents of people and utilizing material resources, is management. Found in almost every human activity, management exists to some degree in the factory, office, school, bank, store, labour union, hotel, armed forces, hospital, or home. In fact, there is a universally of management among enterprises. The hurdles to be overcome in achieving stated goals and the tasks management members perform have definite similarities even though present in widely different types of enterprises.
