Chapter III analyses Wages and Fringe benefits, Unionism, collective bargaining, industrial disputes etc. are dealt with in Chapter IV. Operation efficiency is examined in Chapter V. Chapter VI presents the findings and offers suggestions for improvement. This book would be useful for policy-makers, employees of APSRTC, teachers and students in the areas of Transport Management and Human Resource Management.
