Integral Calculus is intended to the students appearing for undergraduate examinations conducted by different Indian universities. Much efforts have been made to present this subject mater in a manner as to enable a student of ordinary caliber to solve the problems without any external to the student of higher caliber in solving challenging problems.
To achieve this aim, the chapters are provided with examples, diagrams and basic concepts. The problems have been carefully selected and well graded. They are designed to test comprehension. While preparing this book, the traditional approach of learning mathematics is not sacrificed. On the contrary, care has been taken to provide an extensive foundation of knowledge required for the University Examination. A large number of exercises have been provided in order that mathematical skills may be developed, mastered and maintained.
