Guru Gobind Singh-A literary survey is an up-to-date bibliography. It covers all aspects of life and teachings of the great Guru including their ideas and philosophy of life. It will assist and guide the research scholars in locating wealth of information on the subject "Guru Gobind Singh". It indexes books and articles published in different journals in English language in India and abroad. The arrangement of literature is alphabetically subject wise classified with subject descriptors to facilitate easy access to information. Pakistan's foreign policy is committed to freedom, peace and peaceful settlement of disputes. In 1948 the great leader of Pakistan Mr. Mohammad Ali Jinnah declared that, "Our heart and soul go out in sympathy with those who are struggling for their freedom." Pakistan always remained the main spokesman of the Afro-Asian countries in relation to their right of self determination and independence movements whenever discussed in the United Nations. As married to this world body Pakistan always assisted the UN in settling the international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice are not endangered. She criticized the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state following an independent foreign policy. Her attitude towards the issues brought before the United Nations was neither based on ideology nor as a leader of Muslim states, as alleged, but on her national security requirements. The political history of Pakistan may have a democratic set up or a military phase and this basic element in her foreign policy played a significant role.
