ISLAMIC FUNDAMENTALISM
MOHAMMAD MOHADDESSIN
Islamic Fundamentalism is an affirmation of the wisdom of the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad. It describes, however, the dire effects of fundamentalism fed by the frenzy of the ayatollahs of Iran, beginning with Khomeini.
“Khomeini’s reactionary ideology is based upon ignorance and repression. When struck with the rays of awareness, it melts like snow… the struggle in Iran is between a reactionary distortion of Islam and an Islam that advocates awareness and freedom… in this confrontation, democratic and liberating Islam will doubtless triumph.”
—Massoud Rajavi, The Iranian Resistanc’s Leader
(called by Khomeini has “greatest enemy”)
“The author takes you inside the pillars of Khomeini’s rule, inside the ‘whys’ and ‘ways of the export of Islamic fundamentalism, inside the terrorist networks. It is a carefully footnoted book, and a valuable one that can be used well by scholars of the situation and by people who simply want to know more about one of the most important syndromes of our times. I know of no other study like it in terms of depth and interpretation.”

INTRODUCTION TO PHILOSOPHY
FRIEDRICH PAULSEN
There was a time, when opinion widely prevailed that philosophy has outlived its usefulness, that the positive sciences had taken its place. But Philosophy can not be neglected that way.

Nowhere will the student find a clearer and simpler presentation of the fundamental problems of philosophy than in Paulson’s Introduction, nowhere will he receive, in small a compass, a more comprehensive knowledge of the views held by the great thinkers of mankind. And though he may not always accept the author’s own solutions, he cannot fail to be stimulated and broadened by the suggestive reasonings contained in this volume.

The present volume will guide them in their inquiries into the great ultimate problems which the world puts to the thinking mind of man, and lead them to study the great thought which the spiritual leaders of humanity have proposed as answers to these questions.
